I buy 8 meals a week minimum. Every day I’m eating a healthy meal and there’s so much deliciousness in each container. I’m losing weight and feeling better as a result of not wanting the junk food or grazing on unhealthy snacks. It’s truly changed my headspace on what’s fueling my body. Food is medicine.
